Loba Buffs

I would like to see only these improvements for:

Tactical:

- Loba can throw her bracelet faster, and puts it on faster too.

- If Loba gets downed after throwing her bracelet she still teleports.

- When in the air her bracelet should emit quieter sound

Ultimate:

- Loba can now take banners with her Black Market

As a loba main i have a suggestion for her character. This is something that is so small and somewhat insignificant that i wouldn’t even consider it a buff, just a quality of life change for her. 

When you are grabbing ammo from her black market, it always picks up 60 at a time. But i wish it would instead fill the next empty pouch the first time you grab some, and then pick up 60 each time after that. This way there is never a half empty pouch when you’re done getting your ammo. 

Like i said this is the smallest change. But as someone who almost exclusively plays Loba it would be a nice addition.

If I was buffing Loba, would want to see these buffs:

Passive:

• When weapons are hosltered, can ADS on her passive to focus on that loot and to allow for pinging. 

Tactical:

• Gives cooldown based on bracelet distance traveled (i.e. akin to Pathfinder Grapple)
• Can be thrown farther vertically 
• (OP's) If Loba gets downed after throwing her Bracelet she still teleports to where her Bracelet is

Everything else with Loba is fine 🙂
