If I was buffing Loba, would want to see these buffs:
Passive:
- When weapons are hosltered, can ADS on her passive to focus on that loot and to allow for pinging.
Tactical:
- Gives cooldown based on bracelet distance traveled (i.e. akin to Pathfinder Grapple)
- Can be thrown farther vertically
- (OP's) If Loba gets downed after throwing her Bracelet she still teleports to where her Bracelet is
Everything else with Loba is fine 🙂
