Loba Buffs/Nerfs
Loba needs a few buffs. Right now she's a downgraded version of Wraith and Pathfinder. Here are my ideas:
Passive
Buff: When she uses her ultimate, she can mark loot that she wants, and see it through walls.
Buff: She can see items she needs through walls. Example: If she's low health, she could see the nearest syringe or medkit.
Tactical
These buffs and nerfs would really help her ability to be used for repositioning, and not be used as much as to escape.
Buff: Greatly increase the range of her bracelet.
Buff: She can throw her bracelet through walls.
Buff: The bracelet can not be seen while being thrown.
Nerf: Double the time it takes to land.
Nerf: Double the time it takes to put on the bracelet and draw your gun.
Nerf: You can accidentally throw your bracelet off the edge of the map.
Nerf: Your armor is disabled while throwing you bracelet,
Ultimate
Buff: You can take 4 items, not 2.
Buff: You can take items from knocked people in the area.
