Loba Edition: Why Does EA HATE Belgian Players?

Several months ago the Loba edition was in the monthly rotation. Of course the bundle was unavailable in Belgium because Apex Packs are forbidden by law to be sold here and the bundle includes 5 Loba...

@Thunderuuuuu Its a marketing thing. EA/Respawn wants to make money, and so by making them bundles, it causes players such as yourself to spend a bit more for the skin that you want.

They don't hate Belgian players, its more like Belgian hates gambling, which if you didn't know, is why the packs make the bundle unavailable. But I do also agree with you too, the skins should be standalones as well.

@Midnight9746 yeah I understand that it's a marketing thing to add stuff like Apex packs to the skins and make them into bundles. But they could at least come up with a way so that people in Belgium can also purchase them. So it's nice to see they sometimes have bundles of just skins, like the Sanguine Wraith bundle. But most of the time they contain packs :/

It does feel they hate Belgian players, just because they could find a solution and yet they don't. Also some events had items locked cause of it, which they fixed for future events sure but we not during the event that had the problem.
I know that the Belgian gambling law is the reason for Apex Packs being unavailable here. Which is why they are also removed from the Premium Battle Pass track. And changed into Crafting Metals for us. (we still get the ones from the Free Track since that part of the BP is free).

Yeah if they could just make the skins standalone that would be great.
Honestly they could also just replace those Apex Packs in the Bundles for Crafting Metals. They do it for the Apex Packs in the Premium Battle Pass Track based on region, so it shouldn't be difficult for them to do that with Shop Bundles either imo.

Another 4 months without any reply from a developer at all. Why does this forum even exist...? That's 8 months of this thread existing and being ignored by developers.
Loba Edition is available in the monthly rotation again for like a week or so longer now and it is still unavailable for us...
I've even provided solutions for the developers, but they just don't seem to read anything on these forums. Makes me wonder why the site even exists.

  Just like it says in the description, this is not a Player-to-developer forum. Its a community mainly focused on players helping other players. I assume that the EA staff here are basically moderators with little-to-no connections to EA, let alone Respawn.
  
  Personally I find it a bit unrealistic to think that the devs would have the time or resources to answer even a fraction of all posts here hehe.

    @Balladalidila well yeah, the thing is though whenever I message support about this issue, which they know they can't fix (understandably so as they're not developers), they tell me to go to this forum to post it.
    With issues with events where Belgian players couldn't unlock bundles with packs in it using free event points, they also kept telling me to use these forums.
    
    So you'd think that at least someone who is contact with the developers would read these. Cause if the support can't fix the issue, it wouldn't make any sense to tell me to write on this forum site if they'd know full well that it's only other players y'know?
    
    I agree with you that the devs themselves likely wouldn't have time to read and answers these posts. Based on support telling me to write here I'd at least assume there to be someone who reads these that is in close contact with the dev team.

  Have you tried changing your EA account country/region to eg Ireland? Or are you hard stuck to Belgium?
  
  Then buying the Loba edition. I've no idea if it would work for you.
  
  I used to have mine set to Belgium to get the crafting materials instead of packs, for a while, but have it set back now as I have plenty of cm and I am collecting up packs now.

    @OldTreeCreeper I've tried this method in the past when the Wattson heirloom was in the shop. To be able to buy a bundle with those packs in it and back then it worked fine.
    But ever since the EA app got this big update it doesn't seem to be working anymore. I've tried to change my country settings online on the site. In the new EA app I couldn't find it.
    Just changing it online in my profile settings didn't seem to work a few months ago for either the Loba edition or for fixing an issue with an event where Belgian players couldn't unlock some of the bundles using the free earned by playing event tokens.
