Loba's Black Market should not loot Care Packages.
Care Package loot should be accessible only by reaching it, There must be risk involved getting those power weapons.

@WreckingVi No. Quite honestly if I find a care package weapon i'd give it to my teammates. Loba should steal the loot from care packages after all she is a thief.
