Looking for group in rank is now impossible

The biggest reason why I uninstall apex this season. I live in Japan. There are tons of people joining discord servers that make a voice chat space for ppl to lfg. Those voice chat channels are divided by rank. Right now 10 replacement matches and hidden MMR have entirely killed interests in playing the game: it's impossible to find a players in the "same rank" that match your skill. Also the rank last season was a joke so that brings no credibility of one's skill.

What's worse now is you can't even see your teammates damage. Apparently devs think that hiding those stats can prevent toxicity from happening but now I can't even figure out if my teammate is bad or not matching my level or we simply don't fit each other. Moreover dying early way outweights good placement with lots of kills, so the process of climbing up ranks is very very slow. But the majority of players end it up in brownse and silver while further make the lfg player pool harder to work out.

I'm not gonna play apex anymore until devs fix this. The rank design both discourge solo queue and lfg, it's basically unplayable right now.

Also I have to post it here because I'm shadowbanned from subreddit and my post is autoremoved. I did not submit any harmful posts. Devs, if you are the guys managing the subreddit please fix this moderation policy. I know reddit itself is bad for discussion but gettng your voice silenced without any notification is extremely disrespectful and will very likely turn your once avid player away.
