Lost fun of playing with randoms

I can feel your frustration, but I have confidence the problem will be solved!

Players that quit even before the drop beginns ruin the match for the rest of the squad!
There should really be some kind of panalty for quitting a match!

Also, some newbies seem not aware of the heal and revive mechanics.

The just quit when the die!
Maybe everyone should be forced to do the tutorial!

But at the end if there are less new players it will get better!
