The state of arenas ranked is really bad right now. Aside from the point system being really bad and rigged, I'd like to suggest for the L-star to be removed from ranked arenas completely. 90% of all the people I face all use l-stars. The pick rate on the l-star is out of hand right now in arenas and is affecting arenas a lot. There is no diversity of weapons that people play with, specially in high tier rank. And on top of that the l-star is very broken, it was broken before the buff, I really don't understand whose "bright" idea was to buff the l-star.
My second suggestion is to put the l-star on the last care package, with the triple take and such.
I know many players will agree with me.

-visual clutter
-high damage
-no recoil
-no reloading
-no skill needed
nobody enjoys lmgs or shotguns they just make the meta super disgusting +the gameplay doesn't feel rewarding
i regularily get destroyed by squads that just play 3 stack Lstar from the first to the last round(in ranked arenas)…not fun at all
Imagine how bad at the game is the bot who made it.
