@BigSnicks My personal opinion on the drill is that its sitting at a good balance.
It forces players to move from behind cover, it deals a lot of damage to those who don't move, it counters the right kind of legend abilities, (such as Gibraltar's shield dome and Rampart's walls), although it can go through knockdown shields, (and if I am remembering correctly, it does stick to the knockdown shield). I think it also sticks to players for a moment or two, before falling off.
I also don't think the drill should get two charges, unless it does less damage and doesn't last as long.

- @Midnight9746 If the drill hits an enemy directly, it will deal 5 damage and bounce off of them. It does 17.7 DPS but you have the ability to move. This is compared to the knuckle cluster which does 10 initial damage plus 10dps for 6 seconds guaranteeing 70 damage if stuck to a target whereas the drill will only do 5 damage and fall. It does not stick to knockdown shields. Based on the damage comparison I would hate to see the drill nerfed. While most people move, silly people still die.
- @BigSnicks I agree it does not need a nerf. It seems well balanced. It isn't supposed to be a fuse knuckle cluster. This makes each unique.
