Make 2 blue high tier loot areas per map
Randomize between a drop ship and one blue high tier landing area or 2 high tier blue loot areas per map and don’t have a drop ship come in when two blue areas are there.

The entire point of the blue loot areas is to be high-risk / high-reward. Doubling the blue areas would pretty much just remove the risk part of it.
