Make All Finishers 5 Seconds

No Finisher Consistency

As a Horizon main I know it feels good to have a finisher that's faster than most, but can we please just set all finishers to a standard 5 seconds so we can equip our favorite finisher instead of whichever broken one is fastest??

Then we could finally have a Favorite & Equip Favorites feature for finishers, too.

Why would you even use finisher ? Its just suicide in most cases, you can easily finish knocked players with their KO shield in like 0.1 second.

@Awhoo_Thunder cause it's cooler 🙂 and more important you can refill your shields if you dont have enough shield cells or just wanna save them for later

You can recharge your shields while making a finisher move ? :D Didnt know that.
No, its not cooler, its pretty lame if you ask me. :D
