The issue is that even though auto sprint is off, and toggle sprint is off, you still sprint if you let go of shift. It doesn't make any sense to have it like this, if anyone wants it, kudos to them, there should be an option to have it off, to ONLY SPRINT WHEN I HOLD * SHIFT, AND THAT'S IT.
Hoping for this to get fixed in the next season. It's one of the reasons i don't play the game anymore honestly, not that it matters. Is it even acknowledged as a bug? What's happening up there, is it so hard to actually cancel sprint as soon as i release shift but still hold w?
What a surprise, it didn't get fixed. Now I'm genuinely curious as to why. It's a completely detrimental bug which affects one's ability to control their movement.
Try posting in the bugs section bro, you'd have a better chance to get a reply from staff, but as this would be a non essential issue, they would not give a fix for it anytime soon I believe.
LOL what are you talking about this is game breaking and why the game feels clunky. I cant believe you are excusing this *, it would be so easy for them to add an extra option called hold to sprint it would take and dev 2 minutes and more options is always better and this is a feature that has been in every past call of duty on PC.
