Number one: this game has the lowest player base in a while compared to 2-3 years ago, so even if they wanted to, they'd tell you "there's nothing they can do."
Number two: if we banned all cheaters (even those for soft cheats, of which there are plenty), gold would probably be playing with diamonds because there wouldn't be enough players.
Well, you can thank the current developers and people who brought this game to where it is now.
