Making Every Heirloom Count – A Player's Proposal to Enable Class Switching

To the Respected Apex Legends Operations Team:

Hello!

I am an ordinary player of Apex Legends, and I’m writing to share a small suggestion with you.

Recently, I pulled Caustic’s heirloom from an heirloom pack. While I was excited to get one, I don’t usually play Caustic, nor is he my main. I believe many players have experienced something similar—it’s great to receive an heirloom, but it can feel a bit disappointing when it doesn’t match your preferred legend class.

Therefore, I would kindly propose that the team consider introducing an event that allows players to convert a single heirloom into a random heirloom from the Assault or Skirmisher categories. Such a feature would not only reduce the sense of “sunk cost” regret but also encourage more players to try out different legends, ultimately making the game’s community more dynamic and diverse.

Regardless of whether my suggestion is taken into account, I truly appreciate all the hard work your team has put into this game. I genuinely love Apex Legends—it’s the only game that, after a long day of work, still brings my friends and me together for fun and relaxation. I sincerely hope the game continues to grow and thrive for years to come.
