Matchmaking (Cross-Platform)

Did something change where you could get console randoms in a PC lobby? This also happened back in S15 or so, where both of my randoms were console players and neither of them were on my friends list or in my party, (I typically solo que).

In other words, the game put two console players into a PC match when they weren't partied up with a PC player. As far as I'm aware of, you have to be a pre-made with a PC player to play against PC and console players, otherwise you're in console only lobbies.
