Matchmaking is a joke
They need to fix this skill-based matchmaking. All my characters combined I have about 7000 kills, and today I have played over 40 games and 31 of those games either the champion squad had over 60,000 kills on one person or I have been killed by somebody with over 60,000 kills.. and these people are getting between 10 and 15 kills per game.
The way it should be is if you have between zero and 5000 kills, you play with people with that range of kills.
if you have between 5000 and 10,000 you play with those people that have that range of kills. Jump it up every 5000. This way when you have 50,000 kills you’re playing with people that have 50,000 kills.
it continues to make the game challenging. But if you have 50,000 kills and you are amazing at this game or like 75% of the people playing use a strike pack or a Kronos anti-recoil mod, then you play with those people that have that many kills.
don’t put somebody that has less than 10,000 kills in a lobby with people that have 60,000 or 70,000 kills.
now I understand that people are going to make Smurf accounts. I get there’s no way to stop that. And I also understand that they will not ban strike packs or Kronos anti-recoil mods because they don’t want to lose A huge chunk of streamers. But at least put them all in the same game together.
then if they get that many kills and they can’t kill anybody anymore because they’re playing with people their own skill level then they make a Smurf account and have to start all over. I understand that they’re going to run people over but it would make the game a lot more fun for the people that have less kills or just started playing to play with people their own skill level. K/d does not mean much. And can be altered really easily, The hundred plus people in my club and I are getting so sick and tired of being run over by these people with a ridiculous amount of kills that we are actually not playing Apex legends as much. And if our club feels that way it makes me wonder how many more people feel this way.
