Thank you for the reply! It's great to hear that a test is coming to address premade squads in higher tiers, and I will definitely test it and provide feedback.
However, I need to point out two major flaws with this approach from a Solo Queue perspective:
• Platinum vs Diamond: Historically, these matchmaking adjustments and stricter rules only kick in from Diamond rank upwards. The problem is that the "brick wall" for solo players starts right at Platinum. If this new test doesn't apply to Platinum lobbies, Solo Queue players will remain stuck in the exact same frustrating loop before they can even dream of reaching Diamond.Hardware Cheating and Smurfs: Even if you separate solo players from 3-man squads, the core issue remains unaddressed. Solo lobbies are completely plagued by:Hardware Scripts (Cronus, Titan, Strike Pack): Many console players abuse zero-recoil scripts, especially combined with Horizon's movement, creating a completely unfair playing field that anti-cheat systems seem to ignore.Smurf Accounts: High-tier players creating new accounts just to stomp lower lobbies, ruining the ranking progression.Separating squads is a good step, but unless there is a serious, hard restriction on hardware cheats (Cronus) and smurfing starting directly from Platinum, playing solo will still feel unrewarding and deeply unfair.
Looking forward to seeing if the upcoming test will actually cover Platinum as well!
