Matchmaking something's wrong

@HappyHourSumwurToday I had the worst experience ever in rank lost 700 points in my session playing solo q in like 20 games and I didnt do a single kill in the whole night this is the worst it has ever been for me even when I was relegated to Gold 1 I continued to do 0 kill with bad teammates and against good players that were often Platinum most of the time my whole team would do 0 kill and we would be against teams that were having a blast... all the teams had 6-10 kills while we consistently had 0 kill no matter who I played with. Teams kept appearing behind us at any moment without warning even tough we were not making any noise not shooting and had a blue shield at start of the game to have a chance.

I am truly disgusted I played so many thousands of hours and Respawn said they fix matchnmaking so more players got their kdr closer to 1 in reality mine is going down to the floor it is now under 0.3 this never happened before.

I'm gonna have to stop playing again this is totally unfair worst of all I just spent hundreds of dollars a few week ago for a heirloom and this is how pay to lose works it seem.
