Matchmaking System is Broken

I'm tired having to babysit my teammates. I just had a ranked match where a level 26 took Valk and proceeded to take every single bit of ammo that I needed right from under me (they followed me anywhere I went), on my screen, they were behind me, but I was most likely behind them on their screen, either way these kind of players are annoying to get. This particular person didn't even use Valk's skills, they just walked everywhere (not even run), and acted like a bot.

On top of the matchmaking needing a whole rework, Ranked needs a level 100 requirement.

The game needs to QUIT giving me:

- Below level 100 teammates
- Noob / Bot teammates
- Duo teammates (because they usually act selfish and ignore the 3rd (me) and refuse to work as a team
- Teammates who are Rookie in a Silver/Gold ranked lobby
