Matchmaking

Me and my two buddies play 3-4 times a week for a couple hours. Been playing the game for 3 years and have never made masters. Highest rank ever was diamond 3. My  KD is below one. We are not that good and we have been put in lobbies with master and pred players almost every match this season and we are in plat. I don't know what changed with the matchmaking but it has become unplayable for us. The latest update is really fun but it has been extremely disappointing to come home from work and get destroyed by sweats all night.
