Matchmaking

My team doesn't stay live  in the first fight in all the matches. There's no way to climb the rankings. So, improve the matchmaking. I don't have a closed squad. I can even record if necessary, I need at least one squad to die because every match I have to run to make banners so they can die again, help me out, things are looking bad
