Measures to increase motivation for Predator Master Rank

Keeping the current ranking system but adding solo, duo, and trio rankings could help motivate Master-level players.

This isn't a difficult concept to implement; we can achieve it by adding the ability to aggregate rank points from solo, duo, and trio matches.

Currently, playing solo or duo in the Predator and Master rank ranges doesn't really mean much other than improving your skill, so this will be a new purpose for playing.

Solo, Duo, and Trio Predator badges should have some sort of visual distinction (e.g., number of stars).
