I think 20 or 25 sec would be good. Respawn what did you done?

-Let's fix tactical CD: 35sec -> 20sec or 25sec.
[+] We need able to grabbing dead box.
[-] Add new Pathfinder skill called: Throw Grease Oil
- Throw Grease Oil to the enemy make moving unbalance.
- This skill is AOE effect (same as Caustic's Ulti.)
- Duration is 12 sec.
- Friendly player is not affect.
