I agree with the point that some characters (like Ballistic) were nerfed too severely, resulting in abnormally low pick rates, and that the developers should be more proactive in buffing underutilized Legends.
However, I believe that the subsequent nerfs to elements like Ash's "Blink," Alter's low-risk revive, and Ballistic's overpowered Ultimate were all necessary for maintaining overall game balance.
The root cause of the entire balancing issue can be traced back to the incorrect rework of Ash (specifically, the addition of her overpowered Blink skill). I was genuinely disappointed by the shift in her kit, as the pre-rework Ash was my second favorite character.
Ultimately, the balance adjustments based on the assumption of a post-rework Ash caused inflation and further destabilized the game's balance.
Balance adjustments should have been proactive with both buffs and nerfs, implemented in phases while monitoring the results.
