It doesn't do that.
The healthbar only appears if they hit you, and only lasts up to 1 second after they hit you as long as you remain in their line of sight.
Turn a corner or enter a building and they can no longer track you.
BTW: Vantage's passive tells her whether she's aiming at Mirage or a Decoy. It's always been like that.

@Zulkiers Hi, thanks for the reply! Yeah I do know it turns off when there’s no line of sight, but that’s mostly plays with covers or trying to get out of a fight. But in open field where it’s needed to quickly clutch up or even hit rez, it becomes worthless.

- 12 months ago@SoldierlyTomcat It noyl lasts for a second after you get hit, even if you're in line-of-sight. So even on a field, by the time you've hit your utlimate, and it's spawned the decoys, your healthbar is gone.
