@BabyYerDa Firstly, you're not going to receive any sort of compensation from them due to your own negligence. The trailer for season 4 came out four days ago and tells you it's coming out on February 4th. By association the current season ends that same day.
Secondly, the weekly challenges stopped at week 13 for several weeks, so it's nice to see you're throwing a hissy fit for essentially not playing the game for several weeks, then coming back and realizing you didn't get your moneys worth. By your own hand no less.
Third, this season started on October 1st, and ends today, giving you a grand total of 126 days to complete the entire pass. That's quite literally less than one level a day in order to complete the pass. In terms of total weeks, that's 18 full weeks to complete the pass. Since weeklies stopped at week 13, that means you didn't play for 5 weeks thinking you had 5 weeks left. Congrats! I'm glad the passage of time doesn't mean anything to you.
Fourth, you're a real scummy piece of work for mocking someone who doesn't speak English first hand. It's impressive that you can be so rude, yet still turn around and ask for recompense for something you quite literally forgot about. Good luck getting any support!

@pastaclownThese are the types of threads I adore. People wanting to be compensated at the end due to their own inability to notice when something they put money into will end XD.
It never ceases to amaze me that they never do it in the last couple of days. Always smackdab on the last day when something’s already ended.
To the OP, I’m not a representative from EA or Respawn, but I’ll quote some so they’ll answer you, but don’t be surprised if the answers you’ve already gotten are the same you’ll get from one of them, albeit more professional:

"Hey I forgot that this game existed and now I want a refund for the 10 dollars I spent on it because I couldn't get at least one level a day, but it's not my fault, it's because you guys didn't tell me any information about any of it! Also I didn't bother looking for any information about anything at all."
It's brilliant! These are the same people who'd be upset that they walked into a store a minute before it closes and are refused service.

- 6 years ago@pastaclown Exactly. It always makes my day. I really don’t know if I enjoy reading such threads with the subsequent replies more than playing the actual game when new season launches. Verdict is still out on that one, so you know both are high in entertainment xD.
When I was younger, some ppl even dared to come in at 1 minute before the store should be closed thinking they’d still be allowed in. Their reasoning & defence?: “It’s not 6pm yet, the store isn’t closed yet”. Our response: “The store doesn’t close at 6pm, the store is supposed to be closed at 6pm.” They stare with a ‘that’s the same thing!’ stare, so I go elaborate: no it’s not the same. At 6pm there should be no more guests inside and the store should be barricaded already. So it’s not that their should still be customers inside getting their shopping done.
They kind of understand it... but still ask: “So can I get in to buy some stuff”... and I’m like ‘really =_=‘ “well it’s 6pm and the store’s closed, better luck tomorrow”.
Then they’ll be like “but there’s still some ppl inside, come on please!” and by that point I just walked away...
