I believe this might have been the issue, but when I got it fixed, it removed items I know were my own, so I don't know how that would have affected this and I don't really know how I can get the items back

Dead43215​ I'm not quite sure either as it sounds like you may have a different EA Account.

I'm guessing this is the case as your Apex progress and data is tied to your EA Account, so it wouldn't randomly go missing unless you had unlinked a platform account, (which is why I had asked if any platform account was unlinked).

Besides unlinking a platform account, the only other thing I could think of that causes a loss of Apex progress and data, is if your account was banned prior to Cross Progression hitting your account, as banned accounts were excluded from the Cross Progression merge, (which was rolled out to players between October of 2023 and April of 2024).

I don't believe my account was ever banned, and the issue with my account was that I was able to log in, but I was unable to queue into any games. This is something that happened before the cross-generation change, but I have never played on any other console, so I don't believe it is an issue with that. I believe the issue that had happened was that my account was like merged with another, but I did not gain any items from it, and when it was fixed, it took away things that I had previously had
