Motion aiming on ps4/ps5

There should be motion/gyro aiming option for ps4/5 it helps people with dysgraphia and other disabilities that makes it hard to use traditional thumbsticks. And overall motion aiming is alot more faster and precise than thumbsticks. The best thing about motion aiming is that it does not need aim assist. This would make PC/console crossplay more fair and fun. 

the option gives better accessibility to the game + people can play the way they want to. 

If its too powerful for thumbstick+aim assist users it could be made available for crossplay.

And why is this  feature available on switch but not on playstation? (Switch gyro is pretty awfully made since it has awful deadzones. These should not be a thing ever in motion aiming)
