I am also one of the unlucky ones that after playing Apex Legends for an hour or two starts to feel like I have a real hangover which includes dizziness, the feeling to almost puke and to top it off also headache. I played the game several times and every time do I get the same negative effects and thats really strange because im not a newbie when it comes to gaming (been around since Commodore 64) and played over 1000 of game titles through the years ... but this is the first game that makes me sick! 🤒 And it would be one thing if the game was so bad that it made me sick (have happened with other game titles) but in this case is it actually the opposite because I really like the game!
I tried with different settings, playing with the FOV but nothing really helps. I even gone so far that I tried chewing ginger, eating motion sickness pills and wearing a tin foil hat but without any success (more than making a fool of myself) so for me will Apex Legends be a game that I dont touch again until I get reports from people with the same problem that it is fixed.

Rejoice! There's an option to significantly reduce sprint view shake now!
Thank you for listening (and for Titanfall 2), Respawn! <3
Edit: Now that I've played a bit I gotta say there's still way too much bobbing and uncontrolled camera movement. I would like to turn the bobbing off completely. Especially when sprinting.
