Multiple Ults in Firing Range

Up until today, I have been able to go to Firing Range as Octane, throw down 3 jumppads, then switch over to Pathfinder, use his Ult for a zipline, unlock the dummies and switch to whichever legend I wanted to practice with and all 4 Ults were there. Today I placed 3 jumppads, switched legends and jumppads are gone. Why is this happening ?  I have been doing this for over a year. The total amount of Ults we're able to place is 4.
