He is claiming someone stole access to his account and then hacked which he was banned for, so the numbers make sense if someone was cheating.
Open a ticket. No one here can do anything but give their opinion.
Then he goes on to say he has a lot of pocket money to spend ....just waiting.....dangling it till EA gives into their inner greed...and unbans his account because money....lulz.
