My APEX ACCOUNT WAS BANNED
Hello,
I am a former player of Apex Legends. My account was suspended in October 2023, and since then, I have contacted EA Customer Support multiple times via email but have not received any response. For some reason, the 1:1 chat button is not appearing, making it impossible for me to submit a direct inquiry.
I kindly ask you to check my Apex Legends account to find out why it was suspended, and if possible, to lift the suspension. Alternatively, please provide me with a direct phone number or email address to contact the EA Customer Support team.
I sincerely hope I won’t receive a generic response directing me to the EA website without any actionable solution.

@ONECYCLE1 Unfortunately the EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you. Live chat cannot help you, nor is there a phone number to contact.
All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3.Did you use the correct email?
