Didnt they specify the reason for your ban in the email you should have received to the accounts mail? Also, so close to the 4k dmg badge though =)......

I also got banned as well recently for "cheating" but I never did... I am so frustrated and sad about it, since I started playing in s0 till this day. I don't even have incredible stats, and the weird thing is that I might got hacked. I would randomly get mtach reports I did not play and characters in the menu I did not select in my last games. I also have 890h and EA still did not respond to my probelms. I don't have many hopes since I heared tha chances of getting unbanned are close to 0.

Hey all, if you have a ban on your account then you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
   • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

I know a few players who used free hwid spoofers (they are banned in other games) and apex banned them immediately. You can contact EA support but if you used something and now pretend to be innocent, it will be even worse for you.
