My pc banned season 1.

I got ban my pc season 1 why i use one time vpn for better ping.but only 1 time i played game saying banned my account. After creating account try to play again every time it say banned. But i not cheater.i love apex.i can play again apex?☹️

    You should have received an e-mail regarding the ban.

    Unfortunately, we cannot help with account bans on AHQ.

    If you feel your account was flagged as a false positive, you best reach out to the Terms of Service team.

    They try to reply within 5 business days but it could take a bit longer due to the increased safety measures being put in place.
    Just keep an eye on your mailbox and also check your spam and promotion folders as sometimes these emails can get routed over there.

    They ban your english aswell?

    But really, You need to contact support for bans, not the forums.

    This is likely the result of hardware ID spoofers having faked hardware ID's from OP's computer.

    So it possible someone have used your hardware number and cheated with it.

    @1tzzeusBasically sounds like you got a hardware bann, imo  not sure exaxtly how those work and if they are removable, basically what it does is takes your computer’s parts serial numbers and blocks them from playing apex so any account made or used on the pc will automatically be banned so you are pretty much forced to buy a new pc
