NERF caustic Traps
If caustic gets downed, his traps should deactivate. I shouldn't have to fight his traps after he is downed.

@solo_ARK4N Lets be more accurate here. Rushers don't like Caustic. They've been buffing and nerfing Caustic based on the desires of the aggressive player. Allowing his teammates to move more freely in gas and decreasing the slow/blind/damage to enemies so that he's less oppressive when you push him.
If most of the community hates him then adjust him even if he's not OP. The question is what role/purpose do you want him to have? He either needs to be versatile or dominant in the area he specializes in but give him something.
- @Zamaha400 this is the thing every pro suggested to remove the slow whe you in his gas slow was biggest problem.
@solo_ARK4N Maybe a Caustic main like @BigBlackCaustic can correct me but I believe that the slow+blind effects are mainly what they wanted to keep. Without the slow effect players won't stay in the gas long enough for it to be effective. Players leaving the gas too quickly also makes Caustic's passive worthless. The gas man would still be good for blocking doors but players could push past his traps and melt the Caustic team with minimal risk.
To compensate for his loss of the slow effect you could quicken the animation for his traps and eliminate every nerf to his tactical that Caustic's received. This makes him slightly less useless in open spaces and allows him to be an aggressive legend that's a hard counter to camping again.
I kind of want to listen to the opinions of pros because I'm pretty sure they were just being selfish here. Wanting tweaks that makes the game more rusher friendly even if it unbalances a character they don't like. I could be wrong but most players (pro or not) push for changes that suit them while disregarding other playstyles.
@Zamaha400Im a rusher. I hate caustic. I can't even describe how pissed I got when some enemy caustic that was afk the whole fight gas bombs a house and rezes his two pepega teammates, without me being able to do anything about it. OP caustic was a slap to the face of every hyperaggressive player out there.
But I still have sympathy for caustic mains bc the feeling of having your main gutted is awful (pathy player here).
