nerf Gibaltar please

Please Nerf Gibraltar his ultimate deals way to much damage and comes without giving you time to leave without dieing. Also why does Gibraltar have so much damage resistance? Gibraltar hardly ever loses hp because he has an arm shield and way to much damage resistance. For a big target Gibraltar has to much damage resistance and should have 8% not fifteen. And when your in a gun fight at close range, Gibraltar will kill or 2 players or squad wipe because he doesn't take damage. Also I think that instead of a sniper shot disabling his arm shield it should penetrate it with the remaining damage after the shield is destroyed.
