Nerf sparrow ultimate

With the slowing effect basically once you are in the ult there's nothing you can do, especially inside a building. When you let someone who's putting profit over everything including the game itself, this is why such decision is made.

Feel like respawn or EA purposely make it overpowered to attract player to play the game. Then they will nerf it once the heat is over, which is basically the same as the period when Seer and Ballistic was introduced. 
Wait 20 days then they will nerf it back.
