as an energy weapon sympathizer i gotta say the havoc is just fine where its at. not too strong. not weak to be worthless. the devotion on the other hand is a bit wierd....like, itsm ore effective than the eva-8 but its lets useful than a spitfire. unless ur target is deadass in front of you(within 15m) i cant see it killing too many people who play it safe
