This was before turbocharger was removed. It's not relevant at this time. The Havoc was worse then, and the Devotion was still a weapon you could get normally.
It's just not good to revive dead threads.

I think its the devastating fire rate that it has. if your shot by one of those guns you need great movement skills but yes maybe a nerf would help out
- @arkstarlovesyou The Havoc is getting a nerf in S5, and the devotion is a care package weapon and thus is meant to be very strong.
