NERF THE VOLT AND DEVOTION

@RitzyFitzy96 I disagree, think they honestly are right where they need to be.
@AFunkyJunkie420 Only thing the volt needs truly to balance it out more is as mentioned above. The reload speed it needs to be tad bit longer id say full 1 - 1.5 seconds. The reload is what makes it quite poweful over other guns because the recoop time has been cut in half on reloads and re-engaging.
