Passive Lingbo Step
After landing from any height, only if it counts as a soft landing with no hard landing slowdown, gain 15 percent move speed for 1 second
There is a UI meter and the cooldown only starts after 3.5 seconds without another successful proc, then it refills and the passive becomes available again
A 15 percent boost roughly brings gun-strafe speed from about 174 up to about 200, basically close to holstered strafe speed
Tactical Qigong
Charge for 0 to 2 seconds and release at any time
Tap-cast is one-handed so you can keep your gun up and keep firing, charging is two-handed and has a fixed wind-up and wind-down similar to Fuse tactical
Fires an orb projectile, the hitbox grows with charge time and the travel speed is about the same as Ash snare
On impact with any surface it explodes, dealing 25 damage in a small AOE and applying its buffs
Your self slow while charging scales from 0 to 70 percent and scales quadratically with charge time
Explosion diameter scales with charge from roughly 2.5 body widths up to roughly 4.5 body widths
At full charge both the direct hit and the AOE can break doors, and you can aim to break a single door panel or double doors
Enemies hit are slowed by 25 percent for 0.6 seconds and it does not affect aim
Cooldown 25 seconds
Ultimate Vital Strike
After a short wind-up with a different melee startup animation, instantly performs an empowered melee on an enemy
Has 0.5 meters extra range and deals 60 damage
If the target has no armor it instantly kills them
Cooldown 60 seconds
Gameplay loop example
In a standoff, wait for your passive proc, open with an uncharged Q to apply the 0.6 second slow, if you confirm a crack use Ras strafes to dodge the gunline, then land to proc the speed boost into slide jump and use the ultimate to finish

Upgrade Tier 2
A Passive can store two charges
B Ultimate resets on kill
