Given that Eduardo Silva is dead, Ballistic's deal is now made with no one. Why should the Syndicate and Blisk not bring in a competitor who has already proved themselves worthy, and now has another reason for hatred towards Ballistic? 

Ballistic's Son. 

Abilities: either whatever is lore accurate, as I don't know what was likely planned for him. Or: Passive: Rich Kid, every gun he picks up is Gold in inventory. Tactical: Dropship Airstrike, a barrage of 20 damage bullets come from a respawn dropship, Ultimate: Sweet Ride, spawn a kitted Hardlight Trident with mounted platforms and infinite fuel. 

Backstory: obviously has already been said, but to reiterate - Dad is famous and rich from the Thunderdome, and a broken man at home. Basically abandons his wife and child. Kid goes to join Apex Games and Ballistic strikes a deal with Eduardo: he joins instead, and kid can't. When Eduardo dies, Syndicate extends an invitation, seeing how kid is extremely fit to fight, and eager to, especially since Dad still seeks the spotlight instead of his family. Bing bada boom new char.
