New Legends idea:The Aviator

Backstory: Aidan Anderson was an IMC scientist who worked on jetpack technology (made soldiers able to wall run and double jump) When the IMC ended, Aidan then worked at Hammond Robotics, and help with the creation of the famous killing machine Revenant. Aidan was hunted by Revenant, and barely escaped alive. In hiding, Aidan had heard that Revenant joined the Apex Games. He then joined, the Apex Games, to have one last challenge, with his enemy.

Abilities 

Passive: He is able to walrus and double jump

Tactical: He boost himself up in the air and temporarily flies.

Ultimate: He throws down a jump tower for he and his teammates, allowing them to flow much higher, and longer than his tactical.
