I feel there should be more sights added to the game like maybe a 3x-5x or some more options for smgs and handguns and shotguns I’m getting a little frustrated that the go to is the 1x and no other sights match it or at least be able to customize the reticles to some extent

I think 1.5x HCOG would be a great start because if we think in the case of those weapon types a 2x bruiser is a little over kill like not many people run a 2x bruiser on a mastiff or wingman for example. I think another one I’ve been thinking is just like a .5x - 1x HCOG just like we have a 1x - 2x holo sight I think a HCOG within .5x - 1x magnification would make for a little more flexibility within optics for weapons like smgs, shotguns, and pistols.

I think it would be cool and not unbalanced or OP to have a iron sight-to-3x sight, you know the kind of sights that allows you to flip your gun to the iron sight... I guess it would be a little to OP to have a, lets say 1x HCOG-to-3x sight because that would literally cover all your needs, but if it was 3x-to-iron sight, you still have to be able to fight with the iron sigh on close range.
@clarkiscoolI rarely use 2x Bruisers and stuff and just stick to either ironsights or the 1x red dot sights because I agree that 2x bruiser is overkill its just too much and I always get myself killed trying to fight with it close range but on assault rifles its not that bad, I don’t understand how I always see people running a 2X bruiser on a R-99 or Volt I could never use that on an smg but like you said a 1.5x might be perfect
