New Tournament Mode for Apex Legends

@Fear_FKD Yeah I like that idea actually I suggested something similar a few months ago. I also suggested we could have different criterias for eligibility of different tournaments like the lvl let's say you want a tournament for lvl 2500 and plus, original gamers, or you want diamond or higher ranked players for the tournament or maybe you want only gold or less ranked players.
