New update is crashing

Since the new update I crash almost every game, while in the middle of the game it kicks me out and tells me there is a connection error .Tonight I've been trying to enter a game and without success my Xbox would freeze as soon as I enter the game or we dropped .also can you fix the bug where your team enter a game and you stay in the lobby. And finally can you add a feature that if you get kick out of the game you have the option to get back in that same game if your are not dead?
