No heirloom? Playing since season 1 to still have no herilooms

Ridiculous. I play since season 1 and I never got any heirlooms.

To be guaranteed a set of heirloom shards, 500 Apex packs need to be opened. There's a very small chance of any pack containing shards, but hitting the 500 pack guarantee is often what happens. 

Free players can earn up to 200 packs from levelling to 500, as well as bonus packs in the BPs,

@EA_David Yeah remember it’s impossible to play free bc u get 200 from lvl ups fully but need 500 there for u have to spend money to get the extra 300 packs I’ve played since season 1 still no heirloom my brother started season 5 and he has 3 already if u ask me it’s insane
