No heirloom? Playing since season 1 to still have no herilooms

@Astropithecus_93 This is the most high value item (worth 150$) in the whole game... and you think you deserve it just because you logged in in season 1 on a free to play game?
The way it works is you are garanteed to get 1 when 500 packs are opened.
At lvl 500 you opened about 200 and battle passes give you a couple packs more.
Some people are lucky and get it early others have bought lots of packs.
