No heirloom shards !!!

Are u kidding me EA ?? I play this game since march 2019... I spend 3000+ hours playing this game, I have complete 1-6 battlepass. My lvl is 500 too long. And i still don’t get any heirloom ?? I love this game and i spend many time playing this game but Im really sad when i see how my friends get’s heirloom under lvl 500. If you EA have hearh why you don’t respect old players who get more that their time into the game??!
