No Legendary at Level 100

Did not receive a legendary drop at level 100. I paid for packs and still did not receive it. Had another post put up about it and a troll decided to start his crap with it. This is a legitimate problem with the product at hand. There are thousands of people paying for this and getting screwed by EA. EA has stated to me that they will not be fixing the issue for those affected. Instead. Users affected must spend more money in order to receive a legendary after they fix the system. Their excuse? "It will 'break' the code in the server and expose everyone's accounts".

    Your store issue is a separate one, do you see a similar message when you to the Xbox store itself? Do other game prices show up normally?

    Can you post a screenshot of your Caustic's banner frame page, with the Biochemical Romance frame still locked? Also, can you let me know approximately when both Bangalore "Smoke Screen" unlocks were acquired?

    Your posts indicate some significant issues that warrant investigation and I'm trying to gather information to help.

    I am finished with this one with you.I will let the EA escalation team handle this one.I have a ticket in already.If they decide that they are not going to fix the issue. I will be petitioning Microsoft to give me my money back for all of it. The Caustic Skin finally showed up after an update (which makes no sense). But, the store is still completely locked up, and I still have a duplicate drop.The duplicate drop happened about two weeks ago, but again.I am not going to sit and wait for more answers here.It seems that EA doesn't really like people posting about their garbage here. Goodbye.
